The card contains an NFC chip. When a phone touches the card, a notification appears and the page you chose opens. Nothing else is needed, from you or from your guest.

On iPhones from the iPhone XS (2018) onwards the page opens automatically, without any extra app. Older iPhones from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone X need an NFC reader app. Most Android phones from recent years have NFC, but it has to be switched on in the settings.

No. On current phones it is enough to hold the phone against the card. Nothing needs to be installed and no account has to be created.

No. The chip draws the tiny amount of energy it needs from the phone itself. The card never has to be charged or plugged in.

No. Our cards work with NFC only. Anyone who prefers not to use NFC can still open the link by typing it in.

It measures 100 × 100 mm and is about 3 mm thick. The material is acrylic, so it is sturdy and easy to wipe clean.

The back has an adhesive surface with a protective film. Peel off the film and press the card onto a clean, smooth and dry surface, for example your counter or till. Choose the spot carefully first, as the card holds firmly afterwards. Do not stick it directly onto metal, because metal interferes with the chip.

No. You enter your link during checkout and we program the card before it ships. It arrives ready to use.

Yes, any time and free of charge. Send us a short email with the new link and we switch the card over. The card stays with you, no need to send it back.

Yes. For the sets you can decide in the configurator whether all cards open the same link or each card gets its own. You see the assignment once more in the summary before you buy.

Stick the card where people pay and have your team mention it briefly. One sentence is enough: “If you enjoyed it, just hold your phone to the card.” That reaches guests right at the right moment.

We prepare your order within one working day and hand it to the carrier on the next working day. After that the carrier’s usual transit time of one to three working days applies.

A single card costs €2.49 to ship. From three cards onwards shipping is free. We deliver within Germany.

Credit and debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your payment details never reach us.

If a card arrives faulty or programmed incorrectly, we replace it free of charge. Just send us an email, ideally with a short video or photo.

No. GrowScan sells to businesses only. The statutory right of withdrawal in distance selling applies to consumers, so there is no right of return on a commercial order. Warranty of course still applies: if a card arrives faulty or programmed incorrectly, we replace it free of charge.

GrowScan is based in Aschaffenburg, Germany. Every card is set up with your link, tested individually and shipped from here. You get a personal contact instead of a ticket system.
