Four payment methods, all handled by the same provider. No bank transfer in advance, no payment on invoice.
Available payment methods
Credit and debit card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, where supported by your bank.
PayPal
Sign in through the PayPal window and return to the shop once finished.
Apple Pay
On Apple devices with a stored card, confirmed with Face ID or Touch ID.
Google Pay
On Android devices with a stored card.
When is the payment taken?
The amount is charged as soon as you complete your order. Only then do we set up your cards.
Who processes the payment?
All payments run through Stripe. Your card number or PayPal credentials are entered on the provider’s pages and never reach GrowScan.
We only see whether a payment succeeded, plus the details you entered for invoicing and delivery.
VAT and invoices
GrowScan is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act. Invoices therefore show no VAT, and no input tax can be reclaimed.
We send the invoice by email to the address you enter when ordering. If you order as a business, fill in the “Company” field so it appears on the invoice.
What we do not offer

- Instalments or buy now, pay later
- SEPA direct debit
- Cash or cash on delivery
For a basket of this size, the cost and default risk of those methods would outweigh their benefit.
Refunds
For complaints or cancellations we refund through the same method that was used to pay. Depending on your bank it can take a few working days to appear.
Security
The connection to this website is encrypted. The payment itself happens on the secure pages of the payment provider.
