Shipping costs
Shipping depends only on the number of cards, not on the order value.

No VAT is charged under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG).
Delivery time
We prepare your order within one working day. That includes opening your link, programming the card and checking with a phone that the right page appears.
On the following working day we hand the parcel to DHL. The carrier’s usual transit time of one to three working days is added on top. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.
Order on Monday evening: prepared on Tuesday, handed to DHL on Wednesday, usually delivered Thursday or Friday.
Shipping area
We deliver within Germany. We do not ship abroad.
Packaging
The cards are acrylic and can break, so they travel in a rigid box rather than a padded envelope. A set of ten is still small and light.
Tracking
DHL parcels include tracking. We send you the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
If something goes wrong
Please report damaged goods with a photo where possible. We sort it out without detours.
If a parcel does not arrive, contact us before starting an enquiry with the carrier. We take care of it.
